Cheney is a power hungry, attention craving, ego maniac, IMO he is the Bizzaro World twin of Pelosi, they're both nuts, just other ends of or sides of thought and policy.
A small amount of his wolf warnings about impending disaster hold truth, as some nuts managed to plan 9/11 under the watch of Clinton/Gore and implement it under the watch of Bush/Cheney.
I just hope he is wrong but i was against the closing.
