The song included verses about other presidents like Washington, Lincoln, Kennedy, and like 5 others. We did the same thing in my 2nd grade class and sang a verse about Ronald Reagan because he was the current president. Nice job of dirty editing by someone with an agenda. So good to see the kids being used as a weapon of propaganda by the right.

Not to mention the fact that this video was made in Feb. during Black History Month, and they were celebrating the achievement of The first Black President. And why are the Republicans making a big deal out of this now when it was made 9 months ago?

I also didn't then, nor do I now, see any Republicans making an issue of some children from New Orleans that went to the White House and sang a song about Bush and Fema, and how great they were in the way they handled things after Katrina. Now THAT'S brainwashing at it's best!

Did you fucking read what I wrote?! They MADE me sing a song praising Ronald Reagan at the tender age of 8! I could have gotten diddled by the janitor and suffered less emotional damage. All I remember from that year of my life was the Mets winning the World Series and then nothing but the blinding horror of that day. I still hear those songs everyday in my head. They never stop...
