This was a great article written by Linda Johnson earlier that pretty much sums up everything. Thought I would share:

There are so many aspects of the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) recent actions against online poker that I don’t understand.

I don’t understand why the very government that was built to champion personal liberty would take away our rights to play online poker,

That's all I have to say. If I knew then what I know now - I would definitely do it all over again. Having a blast, but crap - I am sleep deprived, bank account deprived and having the time of my life. Every day we get one step closer and a little more recognition. I can't wait for the day we become a household name.

It'll happen. Wait and see.

Okay, so I thought long and hard about the call, but I had QKcc and had a decent chip count

This hand was nausiating. What the hell was he raising with and why does he have amazing powers of premonition?



Keep in mind I made the call and pushed because it was a $3 ko...I play relatively conservative compared to these guys, but the hand still amazed me.

Okay, common sense tells me there is no such thing as certain cards being cursed, bad luck, etc.... So, I can't complain too much. Played a big game today $175 buy in. Made it to the final table with Susie Isaacs and Barbara Enright. For those that don't know Enright has 3 WSOP bracelets and Susie has two bracelets. I went out tenth. Blinds were 4k with $500 antes and I was short in the bb with pocket Ts. Shit happens.
