This is day 9
It really is much better this week than last. I still have cravings but nothing even close too last week.

Still hanging in there I did have a little slip smoked two yesterday but I am back on track today !!
Was very disappointed with myself after yesterday but I'm am not going to use that as an excuse to give up
I shall Just Keep in the back of my mind how badly that made me feel and pull that out when I want to cheat
Haha nothing like good old fashion guilt to keep myself in line
xoxo
thanks for the support

time to upgrade to pumpkin seeds...

lets see... 11 days, at approx 5 dollars a day... you should have an extra 55 bucks... i suggest at the end of week 2 you treat yourself to a good dinner or something..

    GREAT JOB!!!!!

Have you seen those E cigarettes? They aren't smoke or nicotine at all, not even a real cigarette, but they feel like it when you drag off them and you exhale smoke... tho it isn't really smoke. I used one (cuz ya only need one) when I was in the hospital and they were going to strap me to the bed and refuse me visitors if I didn't quit lighting up in my room. One of the nurses brought it to me, and when I tried it, it worked good. By 'working' I mean it kept me from wanting to rip their heads off every time they came to get my vitals.
Check them out. If you ever feel the need to cheat again, that might be the very thing to keep you from doing it. If the guilt wanes in effect.
Keep up the good work tho and I'll be pulling for ya.
