i'm not sure if i mentioned that i had found a lawyer to take me....well that fell thru when he asked for a $2500 retainer..me say get bent!! when i went to court 3 weeks ago i had applied for public defender..got denied on account my bond was too high. well, i went back friday (april 4th) the judge was only willing to give me 2 weeks to come up with the money for the lawyer...uh yeah..not gonna happen. soooo...i waited there 4 hours after seeing the judge to talk to the public defender and basically beg him to take me. he said the only option i had was to convince the judge to lower my bond so that he could take me. well, it worked!!! the judge lowered my bond, the p.d. took my case, and viola!! the sentenced me right then and there.....2 years unsupervised probation and $116 court cost!! a mere slap on the wrist? yeah thats what i thought. idk what it was that made them go out of their way for me and to go so easy on me, but they did. and i couldn't be happier...maybe now i can get a good night sleep!

and no more effing trips to missouri!!!
