The Game of Life

The mark of a true theater performance is how well all aspects of the show come together, lighting and sound, both the design of and the execution of, directing, production values.

As most everyone knows, I am involved in the theater. Mostly community, some professional, and if you want to count me standing in the background collecting $75.64 a day eating from Craft Services, you can say film, also (If you hit pause during two scenes, you can see me in the movie, "The Replacements"). ...

So, as most of you know, I am involved in the theater, and last night, we were hanging lights for Agnes of God, the upcoming show in our season. I love technical theater,don't get me wrong. But I missed the damn Graveyard game because I didn't get in until about 1:30.

It's 7:00 now, and I have been up for an hour, have to go back to the theater and hang more lights. That process is laborious, at best.

But I love it.

I had the rarest of happenings on Sunday night: I got sick from what I cooked that day. Well, actually, I didn't cook anything. It was all store bought, processed food, which may be part of the problem.

Long story short, I had stomach issues early Sunday evening. I went to the head and just started retching. Constantly. I threw up so hard that my vision was blurred for about 5 minutes, and I literally gave myself a black eye.
