I barely made it to the hospital in time! If we would've waited another half hour, I would've had him on the side of the road. lol

Ended up having him "au naturel" (what a nightmare! lol) and I have to admit.. other then obvious symptoms, I can barely tell I had a baby 5 days ago. ...

Better late then never, Jen! I just can't seem to get a picture where I remember to suck in my gut, make a decent face, hold out the double chin and try to pretend like I have SOME kind of ass. It's just too much for me, so.. even though I look beat in the face, this will have to do. (Where's my self esteem?! lmao)



I can't believe I have about 8 weeks left.

OB appointment today.. rather uneventful.

Listened to the heartbeat (which is kind of boring at this point.. after all the sonograms and what-not. It's not that I don't enjoying hearing him.. just not as much as seeing him.). It seemed like the doc listened longer then usual this time, tho.. Maybe I'm just over analyzing.

He did ask me several times if I was eating enough.. I thought he was joking first and nearly took offense. lol But he kept saying, "Make ...

So, now I am officially 30 weeks along.

Other then having low amniotic fluid levels for one sonogram, things are looking well! Especially considering I missed about 4 months worth of check ups and blood work due to the insurance debacle!

Now that I've spent the last month catching up on appointments and extra sonograms to check fluid levels, things should be a lot easier. No more spending hours at the OB-GYN (every woman's favorite place.)!
