It was my 23rd birthday yesterday. I don't tend to get excited about my birthday and this year was no exception. I made it clear to Gareth that my birthday was just another day.... not that he took any notice

I woke up to lots of cuddles and kisses which was a good way to start the day. Alyssa came in the bedroom like she always does and got into bed with us. She then noticed the pile of presents at the side of the bed and went round to be nosey. Of course, her birthday was not that long ago so she thought they were more presents for her until Gareth told her they were for mummy so she started to pass them to me with Gareth's help.

I have never been so spoilt for presents.
There were a couple of silly presents like this singing crazy chimpanzee (i loved the chimps at the zoo), a grunting pig toy (im always moaning dogs need more toys) and led candle lights (i burnt myself while trying to be romantic with candlelight so Gareth bought me the safer option)
He also bought me a massage book and LOTs of oils and aromatherapy stuff so I'm expected plenty of massages He bought it in mind that it might help my endometriosis and get my body to relax.

I got a mood beam thing too. I had never heard of them before yesterday but I got the love struck one. They glow colours and they also flash along with music.
I got some plants and also one of those name a star gifts.

He had a card personalised for me with words so beautiful, simple and meaningful

He typically got me bath stuff, perfume, chocolates telling me it was the typical gifts boyfriends got their girlfriends.

I am interested in spiritualism so he got me a book about the other side and a set of angel cards.

I have been moaning at him that i wanted a photo of us framed so he sorted that He also bought me a 'Virgin experience day' voucher. I get to choose an experience from parachuting, cookery courses, spa treatment, luxury breaks, and so much more. I think im going with being a zoo keeper with the big cats for the day. I LOVE big cats

We had to pick up the final present from customs. It was a gorgeous amethyst bracelet with my name. Amethyst is a stone of protection. He gave it to me saying "even when hes not around me, he will always protect me"

He has just ordered something else so i am eagerly waiting for that.

WE went to watch Hancock which was brilliant. I loved it. Will Smith is awesome and then we went out for a very romantic meal.

So in all, my birthday was amazing and i loved every second.
